The Greatest American Hero was launched on the 18th of March 1981 and lasted on the 3rd of February 1983. The series has three seasons with forty-four episodes. It was superhero/drama-comedy American television series created by Stephen Cannell and starred by William Katt, Robert Culp and Connie Sellecca.

The series follows the adventures of a schoolteacher for special students named Ralph Hinkley and an FBI agent Bill Maxwell as the two encounter an alien who told them that they have to join forces to save the world. Ralph was given special superhuman abilities to change it.
