Law of the Plainsman DVD

Law of the plainsman is an action and adventure series that premiered on October 1, 1959 and ended on September 22, 1960. It originates on NBC Network and shown on television on every Thursday 7:30pm eastern time as one hour show in all part of the United States. The show was directed by William Claxton and Robert Gordon, with the writing credits of Bob Barbash and Lee Berg.

The whole series of this show had focused on the character of Sam Buckhart as an Apache Indian who had saved the life of a U.S. Calvalry Officer when the Indian Ambush happened. Unfortunately the calvary officer had died but he left money for Sam Buckhart to use for his education at private schools and to Harvard University. After he finished his education, he returned to New Mexico where he became a Deputy Marshal under Marshal Andy Morrison in Santa Fe. He lived at a boarding house that was run by Martha Commager with an 8 year old girl that he rescued, Tess Logan.
