Hogan's Heroes DVD
Emmy Award winning war comedy tv series Hogan's Heroes aired from September 1965 until April 1971 was lightly based from 1953 film Stalag 17. The sitcom focused on the exploits of Prisoners of War in WWII who are called upon to perform duties serving as the 'under the cover' allies in sabotaging and espionage the German War effort and turn the Nazi Stalag 13 prison camp in Hammelburg into a comedy ground.
The fun and laughters of humorous POW led by captured Senior American Air Force Lt. Col. Robert E. Hogan as the group planner with his skilled crews; communication expert Sgt. Kinch, bomb expert Sgt. Carter, disguiser and cook Cpl. LeBeau and pocket picket marksman Cpl. Newkirk, together they easily fooled the overweight Nazi camp leaders Sgt. Scultz and Commandant Klink who are afraid to reassigned in front of war. Hogan's group Nazi steal maps and strategic files, kidnap scientists, bomb bridges, provide intelligence on battalion movements and help scape soldiers using their secret network tunnel.
